Hi, We are South-Asia based ONLINE TUTORING services provider for a niche market in Accountancy education. Probably we are the only online tutoring provider in the market, addressing more than 400,000 students world wide. Of which approximately 1/3rd of the student population live in the UK. We need a Business partner who can represent our services in the UK, probably from an educational background with private tutoring business experience. How can we find someone with such qualities ? We have launched a website, but a website and online presence alone will not make much business. In fact, we currently tutor a number of students who are very happy with our tutors. But, we need an strong offline presence in the UK and in other countries like Australia, Singapore etc. How to find a sound professional/firm ? hi , recently v launched a product in the niche market without any advertisement. we succeded in launching in nearly 3 districts. we tried hard and succeded in launching . eventhough we launched the product , we are unable to improve the sales of our product.so everytime we are entering to improve the sales , it is not happening fast as that of branded products.
can u please suggest me,
a) how to improve the sales of the existing product now and further to continue without any break?
b) any innovative way to launch a product further with low/nil investment?

I am close to finishing a business plan for an online business. It seems that I have either found an untapped market or it is too niche to attract big marketers. My idea is a relatively inexpensive investment, but I don’t have the experience to run such a business by myself. I am considering the salaries of the people this business would need and trying to compare long term profits with the profits I could get for selling the idea.
