My husband is a handyman. I feel that there is an opportunity in a niche market with his business. As sale condition when you’re selling a home, the buyer always asks that certain deficiencies be remedied. I’d like to target the real estate agents. I plan to print on my husband’s business cards that he specializes in remediation of these kinds of deficiencies. My problem is that I can’t seem to find a concise way of saying this. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

I bought what I though was a new book. It has a publication date of 2000. It is about stock photography, has 250 pages & 200 of them on how to set up your own specialized online stock photo company. The author of this book had a business for 40 years. The information he provides in this book seems horribly out of date. He states that you can make a good living if you find a niche with your own copyrighted photographs. I think this may be true if I started 40 years ago, but it seems out of date. Do you think his advice pretty much worthless nowadays, since photography has gone online and digital? I think it probably is, and I want my money back. In fact, I have found that just about every marketing book about photography, that was published before 2005 is out of date. Do you agree with this?

I am extremely outgoing and very creative. I believe I have excellent people skills, I love kids, I love the performing arts, I have taken ballet and modern dance and in both ballet and modern tested at an advanced level and always got distinctions. I danced in a main role for my dance school in one of their shows. Unfortunately, I didn’t succeed in earning a degree, but I had a baby instead!
Obviously, I sound like a mother, and I am, and I love it! But, I need to make a change and I was thinking about going abroad to find my niche. Jobs are scarce where I am currently living. I have yet to complete my B.Com in marketing, which I think was not the best choice, but we all make mistakes. Obviously, I plan to take my child with me, but wonder where we should go and what we should do. Do you have any words of advice for me?

I have been searching for over 5,000 niche articles that have unique topics so that I can write unique articles. Article Marketing is a very competitive way to make money, especially when it comes to affiliate marketing. Despite this, I would still love to give it a try. So, what I would like to know is, if anyone knows where I can find these article topics. Is there a site that has a list of these topics? Where do you find yours?

Do you believe that the Dance Electronic realm is dying out? Its just a small niche of the music market. All of the cities that have tried to have a radio station dedicated to dance music, including Los Angeles, have failed. Most dance/electronic fans still prefer to go to a club that has a DJ spinning some dance/electronica/house compared to other options.
I have heard that there is a strong dance music following in Europe and you can find a ton of great music from there. Would you would like to see more of it get some air time here? You can find a lot of the the 80′s pop remixed into dance. Do you think they should make more music like this?
